Rioters have set fire to a civilian building and blocked nearby roads because they are unhappy that the unoccupied building might be used as an facility to fight epidemic.

Rioters have threw trash and obstacles on roads nearby, blocking the roads of fire engines. Fire fighters have to walk to the site of fire on foot.

The building is severely damaged. Luckily no one was hurt.
