Protesters has vandalized and set fire to the historical metal lion at the HSBC headquarters. They also smashed many ATM and branches.

They copper lion, with over 80 years of history was spray painted and glued with banners before being set on fire.

Many HSBC branches has been the targeted by the rioters because they investigated an pro-protest organization's account of money laundering . They have spray painted, threw petrol bombs and smashed many ATM machines on their way.
